Reservation Policy for Members and Non-Members

All reservations require 24 hours booking ahead of time to help our vehicle tracking.

For non-members, your price will be based on demand and distance. Even if you are not a member, we will still need your personal information to better serve you and to stay in compliance with the state, city, and federal government.

We recommend that all our members and first-time customers book their reservations through our business website for both convenience and quick reservations.

Gratuity

Gratuity is accepted and welcome from all members and passengers.

The Gratuity is to appreciate and reward our chauffeurs for delivering outstanding service to you. Twenty percent gratuity is required for all reservations and will be added to the total amount once trip is completed.

Employees or chauffeurs are prohibited from asking any clients or passengers for gratuity while providing service.

Cleaning Fee and Security Deposit

A $150.00 security deposit is required upon booking. This deposit is used in the event our vehicles require excessive cleaning after your trip. These charges include labor and contaminated material surfaces of the interior of the vehicle such as bodily fluid, trash, spills, or strong odors. After inspection, a full or portion of the security deposit maybe refunded to the client.

This charge is applied to everyone including members.

Cancellation Fee

A minimum fee of $75.00 will be charged to your card/invoice if you do not cancel within seven hours prior to your check-in or pick-up.

Refund

A full refund will be issued if you cancel your trip seven hours prior to check-in or pick-up.

If there is a no-call/no-show, your security deposit will not be refunded. We recommend that you read our company�s terms and conditions very carefully before completing your transaction online. Once the trip has been completed by the chauffeur to the destination, all sales are final and no refund will be given to the client.

Safety

PCS prohibits smoking inside any of our vehicles.

No open containers or beverages in the front passenger seat.

Every vehicle will have bottles of water for our passengers or clients.

No littering inside or outside while the vehicle is in motion or at rest.

Absolutely no glass bottles! Only plastic cups are allowed. Please drink responsibly! Remember the law requires that all persons must meet the legal drinking age (21 years old).

We ask that you show respect for our chauffeurs and personnel.

No abrasive words.

Speak in a professional tone.

Treat others as you would like others to treat you.

No screaming or yelling to our chauffeurs or staff.

No foolish playing in the car.

No guns or knives allowed in any of our vehicles.

No plates or utensils in the vehicles.

No kicking or pulling the pocket magazine on the back of the front seats.

Keep all hands inside of the vehicle at all times.

Wait for the chauffeur to stop completely before exiting the vehicle.

No horseplay or fighting while the vehicle is in motion or at rest.

Speed/Threat

Absolutely DO NOT ask any driver to speed

All of the chauffeurs are professionally trained and certified

DO NOT attempt to take the power steering wheel from the chauffeur. If you do and cause the chauffeur to be involved in an accident or crash, you may be responsible for any injured passenger(s) including the chauffeur and the vehicle�s damages.

DO NOT threaten anyone including the chauffer.

Clean-Up

All members or general passengers will be charged for excessive cleaning fees such as: bodily fluid, vomit, trash, spills, or strong odors etc. These charges include labor and contaminated material surface of the interior and exterior of the vehicle.

About the Drivers

Before anyone can drive for Premier Chauffeur Services, LLC., every person must agree to and go through an extensive NATIONAL AND STATE fingerprint based Criminal background Check!

All applications are processed through the Georgia Application Process System (GAPS). In addition, all of our chauffeurs are well trained and experienced. Every vehicle must pass through full inspection by a Certified Professional Mechanic before it is allowed on the road.

The chauffeur or affiliate must provide a three-year MVR prior to driving or contracting with our company. To drive for our company, the chauffeur must also be 21 years of age or older.

Vehicle Availability

Vehicles are reserved based on availability. There is no guarantee a particular vehicle will be available at the time of booking.

Some vehicle models may not be available at the time of the reservation. In such cases, a comparable or higher end black car will be made available to you without additional charges.

Waiting Time

Our drivers will wait 45 minutes at the limo lot for members.

If the client(s) doesn�t show up after the time limit, the driver reserves the right to cancel this service and the client(s) will be charged $45 for a waiting fee for being over the time limit. This charge will be deducted from the payment information we have on file for you. If we do not have any information on file for you, a payment invoice will be emailed to you or your company.

Agreement

All members and general passengers must read and accept our policies before reservation will be accepted and submitted by checking the box on the left (developer, please add a check box for everyone). By checking the box on the left, you acknowledge that you understand our policies.

I understand that deposits are non-refundable due to client cancellation after the seven-hour grace period, and I authorize Premier Chauffeur Services, LLC. to process charges to my method of payment in the event of a late cancellation or no-call show/no show. I, the customer, take full responsibility and hereby waive any claims against Premier Chauffeur Services, LLC.
